I have the same motor - tried to remove the carb today - no go. You skipped over the removal, did you have to remove anything on the carb to get it off? I cant get clearance.

What’s the part number for the fuel filter you are putting in the line?

The in-line fuel filter is just a generic one, you can look them up on amazon just make sure the barb size is correct for your application. The little cork filter OEM is around $70.00

I have the same engine in the Uk,getting parts for them is near impossible.
