You can fast from food but you can also fast from many other things. It's best to fast from what distracting you from God the most. For me it's fasting from my phone and social media. Pray about it and God will how you. Thank for watching!
How to receive God's reward? Don't tell others what you are giving, just give Don't pray to be seen by people, but to sincerely connect with God Don't look gloomy so others can see that you are fasting instead be intentional to put yourself together so that no one even knows the sacrifice that you're making because that's sacrifice is for God not people In short, don't practice righteousness to be seen by people but to be devoted to God
