We're planning a racing trip to the USA, from England starting in California we want to see as much short track racing as we can in a month, we are big fans of UK short oval racing Brisca F1 Stock Cars being the top formula (there a bit like sprint cars with bumpers) they all run Chevy V8s check them out on here if you've never seen them before there awesome..
Can someone please explain to me the difference between and modified as a sport modified. I know there is a difference in the engines, but if there were two cars sitting beside each other both turned off, how would you spot the difference?
+MJ XV "a mods" can run 4 link rears with quick change rear ends, while sport mods can only run a 3 like setup and a full floater rear end (ford 9 inch) that would be the easiest way to tell. otherwise, body/tire/frame are extremely similar

Also in imca b mods have the large spoilers, a mods aren't allowed a spoiler
