That's one of the reasons I love this show. It's also one of the only shows with more than one latina woman. Did you know That Rosa's actress originally auditioned for Amy's role? And Rosa's character didn't even exist.
I think it works because Rosa is usually the badass doing something dangerous and Amy is the nervous bookworm. In that scene their roles were reversed.
Every time I watch that scene I discover new facets of its brilliance. I finally noticed Amy rocking herself in a fetal position as Holt screams BOOONE from the doorway

One of my personal favorite moments was when Amy won the Halloween Heist, Rosa had the biggest smile on her face. It didn't matter that she was tricked into running up 31 flights of stairs, she was just proud of Amy.
