If the potential new hire, is really interested, they should call to see if they have a schedule. And, at this point, McDonald's will no longer start an employee, until they have done the food safety training. And that also goes for current crew and managers. If the crew hasn't done the training, they have no job. If the managers aren't certified, they can't be a manager. How do I know this? I am a second assistant manager/personnel manager. My job is to hire, train crew and managers, and naturally be the disciplinarian.

When you apply do you ask the owner / manager or do you just make a resume and give it to the guard And when you make a resume what do you put in the resume?
Unless you are trying to work at corporate, you do not need a resume. As a hiring manager, I wouldn't even look at it, if you are just looking for a crew position. If you are wanting management position, I would have you speak with the general manager. You will never see the owner/operator, unless things are happening like corporate is coming.
