Ripple vs SEC case I been following it since day one. The SEC lost the fair notice defense and they’re doing everything to drag this case out! The best thing to do is store your XRP on a ledger nano and let it stay because once this case settles the price is going to do astronomical numbers to the moon! This whole case resolved around XRP being an unregistered security when that’s was never the case. If that was he case then why Etherum was given a free pass when they did a whole ICO. ETH is more of unregistered security than XRP and if you been following the case then you will know that the SEC chairman and Director of Corporate Finance Jay Clayton and William Hinman were both involved with a conflict of interest with ETH while he worked at Simpson and Thatcher and receive $15M from the firm ETH alliance. Shit is so deep!

I feel those who would allow the market dynamism to determine when to trade or not are either new in space generally or probably just naïve, the sphere have seen far worse times than this, enlightened traders continue to make good use of the dip and pump even acquiring more equities towards trading sessions, I'd say that more emphasis should be put into trading since it is way profitable than hodling.
