I’m an owner of the 13’ WellPutt mat. Love it. Kept the box since it did not come with a storage bag. That was nice as I have traveled with it. 13’ is pretty long for some spaces. At home, it is always out and has improved my confidence if nothing else. Fewer jitters over the 6’ putt for sure.
Hi Stuart, always enjoy your videos and this one is no exception. I agree with both of you and think the Wellputt is a great piece of kit, even though it is definitely not cheap. I am living in Thailand and a pro with whom I had a lesson last week has just got one, going to try it tomorrow. Couple of additional points. The Wellputt, does come in different lengths, so a few options. Also you can also putt back from the "hole" end to any of the different circles. Keep up the good work.
I have a PuttOut device sitting on my shelves but I really like the look of the WellPutt mat. I could even combine both. I have head that there is a faster version of the wellputt. Would you suggest I get the standard speed one.
Great review from a non golfer. Really brought out some points I never though of. Did wince from the chat about not being able to putt it from different angles on the puttout mat, as a bit of imagination can solve that. Also would of love to see her use the puttout without the pressure putter. As there is small gap (one foot) behind the circle (hole) you can put the pressure putter. The other mat IMHO is better due to length and thickness or lack of, though I don’t own one. I have a puttout mat and pressure putter and from your full review on that. Totally get and dislike the channel you can create due to the thickness of the mat. At the end of the day if it gets you practicing it’s a winner. Keep up the good work.
Cheers Daniel, yeah I agree, Maddy came out with a few I hadn’t thought of also. I often get a hampered perspective so thought Maddy may get some interesting angles. Any Mat (including your carpet) is great if your inspired to use it. Sometime I find that if you spend on it you tend to use it more also. Thanks for the comment 👍🙏🙏
Thats so funny Stu, we have both of those laid out in the TV room 👍 I like and own the PuttOUT in black/blue and Debi has WellPutt in their green with orange target areas...love them both even if I have to ask permission to use the WellPutt 👍👍👍 actually have the full PuttOUT system, infuriating as it is but use it on both mats lol

Yes the standard one will be best. You can actually brush it to slow it down also. I think slower is better to be positive.
