@MrBatking1009. I'd also like to know what business the people in the video are in. I've seen the behaviors in this video from Tax and Audit professionals but Advisory is definitely a mixed bag. It's funny how the first few minutes of the video kind of attack those experienced hires from industry "you're used to hierarchy", "you won't do anything to get noticed", etc. As an experienced hire at KPMG, I've seen a lot of this. Correspondingly, our service line has a lot attrition. They just treat people very poorly. I get maybe, MAYBE, 30 minutes a month with my PML. I don't have career discussions with people. I haven't seen much mentoring going on. I've seen even less professional development.
