2:dodge that ranged (because that will slow down u
3:save u r charges for 3rd round (because u need to face lvl6 vs lvl 2
4:dont use other sets against him
5:recommend perks
Helm:
1:rock
2:shadow nourishment or u r choice
Armour
1:damage absorption
2:damage return
3:predator (gain xtra damage when opponent health is low)
Weapon
1:lifesteal (for regain health)
2:shadow burn (for xtra damage)
3:bleeding (for attack damage )
I defeated him with living legend lvl2, its very easy with maxed legendary Perks.
Destroyer set does the job too

I think the linx set easily beats the new boss, have you seen the demon prince set at lvl6, it's great by the way, I tried with the Usuper set but it didn't work😅

What really gets me is that The shadow ability he uses doesn't match with the one listed on his shadow ability stats shown at the side of his health

Para nuestra suerte no saca tanto daño como Ragnar Wolfman y Acorazado. De seguro en combate sin armas es un debilucho porque sus golpes son lamentables y solo saca daño cuando está en modo hielo pero no tanto (te caga que no le hacés nada y te congela seguido pero no es el Shadow Stranger que te mata de 2 ataques), ese me sacó de quicio más de 20 veces.

Lvl 2 at 1st round,2nd is 4,and 3rd is 6
Why can't you just simply dodge the ice ranged attack. Is ez man.... You dodge it, he can't gain no more energy.
