Great content Kerwin! like me you like to communicate. I am learning about having ADHD at 37yrs, It is not a curse, I am often far more committed than all around me. It has given me alot of good traits.
Work hard is my mantra, I am a very passionate human being, I do things with heart based on experience, I learn things best based on experience, all my life choices are based off of wanting to have the best experience of every moment, of course it's constant progress, I believe there's nothing perfect out there in the world, the reason why beauty is in the world, is because of imperfections.

Ive questioned recently n i have adhd n thru out the video i just kept back and looking at ur friend with the boobs lol ive always got over load of energy n recently have been channeling it thru yoga. Planks help. Great insight tho. My gf is autistic and she directed me towards you. Question: what kind of balance could she and i find. Im am often overly emotional where she is not.
