Hey i will be going at the next spring and i have a question too. Is it possible to leave the luggage at the different train stations on the way? Or at least at some of them? Are there some locker or stuff like this? Thank you very much :)
Hi what a great video! I will be going in next winter and I have some question 1. I've check the timetable on weekdays and it's very limited, so how do you plan to get off at several stations (more than 2)? 2. is it worth it to go all the way to Koide or Tadami? or last stop at Aizu-kawaguchi enough?
Thank you for your comment on the video and we look forward to seeing you next winter! 1. To get off at two stations in one day in Winter, it can be a bit of a challenge so we recommend taking a taxi or bus back, or staying overnight. Along the Tadami Line, there are inns such as Seiryu no Yado Kawachi, Uchidaya Ryokan, Tsukimigaoka Community Center, and Tamanashi Onsen Ebisu-ya that are easy for foreign visitors to stay at. 2. Koide and Tadami are some of the heaviest snow areas in Japan, and the snow scenery is wonderful, but trains may be suspended due to snow. For a more stress-free day trip during snow season, we recommend Aizu-Yanaizu to Aizu-Kawaguchi. You can also plan your trip at the Yanaizu Tourism Association ( inbound.aizu-yanaizu.com/en )and the Tadami Line Portal Site also has an English guidebook, so please check it out from the link in the video.
@@tadamiline-portal ooh I already booked at aizu-wakamatsu 🥲 maybe I'll just stop at Aizu-Miyashita where there is Tadami River Bridge viewpoint and Aizu-Kawaguchi (Kaneyama Fureai Hiroba viewpoint) and head back to Aizu-Wakamatsu
I don’t normally comment on videos but this was so helpful and informative! I’m going to Tohoku with my mum soon and this video answered all the questions and concerns I had. 🫶
