These Halloween themed Candy domes spin to release the candy inside. I have shared the file for these three styles in the Cricut Community and you can find them here design-beta.cricut.com/landin...
Thank you so much! If you skip ahead to the 40 second mark, I show the assembly of the dome, using card stock instead of acetate so that it’s easier to see on camera. However, that piece is cut out of acetate and assembled with double-sided tape. That piece is in the file.
If you follow the link in the description box below the video, it should bring you to the project that you can save in Design Space. Unfortunately there is a bug with the cat image at this time, but only on the mobile app. It works fine on computer.
Thank you Linda! The double-sided tape that I use comes on a paper backing that is easy the tear to size. The red line tape is on a plastic liner so it needs to be cut with scissors, but it has a much stronger adhesive grip.
Thank you so much! The glue press is from My Sweet Petunia (they did the Misti Stamping Platform) , and I cannot say enough good things about it! I ordered it off their site and it came with the stand, the press, two different sized nozzles and two bottles. One bottle was filled with Nuvo adhesive and the other was empty so you can add your own liquid adhesive.
Really cute thank u again
Thank you so much Connie!
I missed where the domes are from? Soo cute

Absolutely amazing as always love how we can make our own domes. Thanks for sharing
Thank you so much Selene! The benefit of making your own is that you can size them the way that you prefer!
This is great thank you. This is not available on cricut design space?

These are so cute! What is the difference between redline tape & double sided tape?
Thank you Linda! The double-sided tape that I use comes on a paper backing that is easy the tear to size. The red line tape is on a plastic liner so it needs to be cut with scissors, but it has a much stronger adhesive grip.
@@crafty_lou7 are they different for adhesion?
@@lindafeldman4330 yes. I feel that the redline tape is much stronger and it lasts a long time.
Love everything you do going to make these for my daughter's classes
Where did you get the glue gun from

Where can I find the pattern for just the dome?
It's in the file that is linked in the description box below the video. The acetate piece is in purple to differentiate it from the rest.
Do you have it available in a format other than Cricut?
