- Series of attacks by Pakistan bred terrorists are indicative of a brand new strategic shift by the terror factories in India’s neighbouring country. From Kashmir the focus is Jammu region which suffers poor connectivity and a security grid which is not as impregnable as Kashmir region. The terrorists are coming from Pakistan and locals are being used only to provide logistical support. This reduces detection by intelligence agencies. Also use of Chinese make communication gear has made things difficult for police and army as attempts to tap and listen are failing. Also in the programme former DGP of J& K explains what’s happening and why.

Rahul Srivastava Ji, a senior journalist swayed by the statement made at the floor of 17th Parliament on 5th & 6th August,2019 about 'Scrapping of Art 370' , not the 'abrogation of this Art from 1954 onwards ,vis a vis Art 370(1) being inherently integral part of the Constitution of both, the Sovereign Democratic Republic of India from Jan 26,1950 onwards till 2.1.1977 and of the Constitution of Sovereign,Socialist, Secular, Democratic Republic of India from 3.1.1977. onwards. Before, J&K State emerged on the map as one among the 14 Original States organised w r t the Objective spelt out in Art 1(1) of Constitution , notified vide Constitution,7th Amendment, Act,1956 passed by First Parliament and Assent given by the President on Oct 18,1956 as per FIRST SCHEDULE inserted vide sec 2 of this Schedule under Art-1. However,comparing the three states ,viz; 1.J&K became part of Dominion Independent India by virtue of IOA dated Oct 27 ,1947 , VANISHED after 66 years, 'slaughtered' to pay tribute to the late S P Mukerji ; 2.Goa annexed in 1961 remained Union Territory till 31st March ,1988 before it was upgraded as State in 1988; and 3.Sikkim became an Associate state in 1975. Ex DGP of then state of J&K did not support his argument vis a vis SCOPE for the : I)revival of the dead state with territorial jurisdiction ante Oct 30,2019; and. II)upgradation of the J&K (UT) born on Oct 31,2019 as a state vis a vis Art 370(1) of the Constitution tracing the genesis of the then kingdom of Dogra Hindu Ruler, a Sovereign State from Aug 16 ,1947 to Oct 26 ,1947 becoming Part of Dominion Independent India from Oct 27 ,1947 onwards , and Art 370 , the modified Form of Maharaja Hari Singh's Royal Decree of the " STATE SUBJECT" of 1929 & the Constitution (Seventh Amendment) Act,1956. The bureaucracy , in particular , Home ;Finance; & DOPT while drafting the bill for degrading the State no 14 of Indian Union obviously not having consulted the , C&AG of India- the STATE under Art 36 ; the Governor of RBI and Finance Commission of India for de-linking of the people from the Fiscal Federalism inbuilt in PART XII construing de-linking from the corresponding PART XI ; PART XIV & PART V , together with then Chief Justice of India the STATE under Art 12 as the Interpretor in Chief of the Constitution of India ,not taken into confidence (High Court of J&K constituted by Maharaja in 1928). As regards Ladakh & Kargil having lost Hill Councils granted under SIXTH SCHEDULE in 1995 now born as Ladakh (UT) on 31st Oct,2019 having 'NO SCOPE' for an elected legislative Assembly instead emboldened the Dragon to intrude into our territory no sooner ice melted by June,2020 , a reverse of Mao 's intrusion in 1962 to Pt Nehru's unilateral decision defining territorial jurisdiction of Nagaland as a State in 1962 to thwart hegemonic designs of Mao , carried forward by Indira Ji granting statehood to Manipur ; Meghalaya & Tripura(1972) besides annexing Sikkim as Associate State in 1975 to the bewilderment of Mao in 1975 and Rajiv Gandhi granting statehood to Mizoram & Arunachal Pradesh in 1988 with Deng Tsao Ping a helpless onlooker.

The Chinese communication devices are Not a huge deal. Together with NSA, NTRO will figure out the encryption once they get hold of these devices by reversing. If we don't have such skills or tech we must focus on developing such tech ourselves instead of praising Chinese communication devices.
