Pin) drop about 2.5v at VKA(voltage between cathode and anode). But in this video tl431 drop 10.07v at cathode - anode, please can you explain me something that i miss

Bro every smps need a feedback circuit. So it will work as per designed voltage. So every charger are have a feedback network with help of tl431 Or zener diode (instant of tl431) . The zener diodes are placed in feedback pin of switching ic. Like (5.1v, 12v, 15v) smps have 5.1v , 12v , 15v zener. (But its used only in simple circuits)
@@rajkhumar001 no actually there is no zener , this circuit is using auxiliary winding voltage on its feedback pin.

Salamu alaik, it would be much easier to understand if you can show also the schematic. Take for ex. the datasheet example and explain where you put the extra winding .
