How to Fix CatEye Bicycle bell

I bought this bicycle bell for only TK 800 a month ago. It was the best bell as far as the seller insisted. But I was surprised to see that it was not working while I took my road bike out to purchase my lunch.
In this video, I tried my level best to show you the bike bell mechanism. How to fix/ repair the bell of CatEye. Mine is a road bike from Nekro brand. It is manufactured in China and assembled in Bangladesh. Hope this video adds value to you in case you find the same problem as I did.
