This reading is so spot on for me. You speak of health. I have been eating only meat and eggs from the beginning of the year. I have reversed pre diabetes and severe depression. I have through this lost 36kg and am running and cycling 6 days a week. My libido even at my advanced age has gone through the roof. Because of all of the above My energy levels are up and business is taking off. To the point that I am even planning a 2200km bicycle ride across country to raise awareness for all the diseases that can be reversed by eliminating processed foods and carbs from your diet. My life has done a 180 and I am so grateful after considering ending things towards the end of last year. Thank you for this reinforcement through your reading.

@@cindywilliams7950 no. I have eliminated the oxilates from vegetables and fruit just send me bingeing on sugar cravings like an alcoholic that has relapsed. There is no required vitamin or mineral you cannot get from beef and eggs. I am feeling better than I have in 30 years. No brain fog and heading back to a muscle mass and weight I had in my competitive sporting years turning 53 in 2 weeks. I am the lightest and cardiovascular fittest I have been this century. When I say I eat meat and eggs it's 400 to 600grams of beef and 4 to 6 eggs a day. My training is a combination or running, cycling and weight training. I average around 10 to 15hours a week.
That's amazing! I went carnivore 2 years ago (including some fish alongside the meat and eggs) and have seen amazing benefits as well, especially with my hormones, weight and mental health. I feel that we Taureans are finally sloughing off the old ways and preparing for new, wonderful things to come in!
