What you have been prohibited, then do not do it.”

The name Ahmed / Ahmad means ‘highly praised’ and it’s a name of the Prophet ﷺ. In fact when Prophet Jesus (peace be upon him) prophesied about Prophet ﷺ, he Jesus (PBUH) called Muhammad ﷺ by the name of Ahmad.
Mirza Ghulam is not highly praised nor he should even be praiseworthy. He lied and made false claims. His name should therefore be Mirza Ghulam Dajjal.
Prophet ﷺ prophesied that there will be dajjals who will come, and claim prophethood and will claim that they’re the messiah before the actual Dajjal comes. It’s therefore clear that Mirza Ghulam is a Dajjal.

But couldn't the verse Quran 4:159 be interpreted as saying that Jesus, Peace be upon him, was the Messiah before he died or that each of the people of the book will believe before he (one of the people of the book) dies? Mirza Ghulam Ahmad stated and claimed that between 1874 and until his death in 1908 that he was Jesus AS the Messiah but when Mirza Ghulam Ahmad was on his deathbed in 1908 most of the Jewish people and most of the christians in 1908 never believed that Mirza Ghulam Ahmad was Jesus AS the Messiah!

Quran 5:3 is the last verse revealed concerning matters of Law. But concerning what's the last verse of the Quran that was revealed to prophet Muhammad ﷺ. There is a difference of opinion. But the majority of the scholars are of the view that Quran 2:281 was the last verse to be revealed
So; the way you're applying the verse seems to suggest that on that day, Allah had completed his revelation and that new revelation after that wouldn't come.
Again, not a Muslim, but this is sort of like how Christians see "do not add or take away from the words of this book" in Deuteronomy and then think it refers to the Bible as a whole... when it's just referring to Deuteronomy. @@syfetalk

What do you mean? Hadiths are the words, behaviors and approvals of our Prophet (pbuh) and if we did not have the hadiths , then we would have no one to describe Qur'an for us. Because the prophet was the "Living Qur'an" and we must follow him in his footsteps by doing what he recommended and avoid from what he forbade.
The Quran is telling you to follow the Hadith. So Following the Hadith is part of the perfection of the Quran

Jesus disagrees with Moses in the Bible. Jesus said to turn the other cheek. Moses said eye for eye. Definitely not consistent and not complimentary.

Though, he is a Prophet. But Jesus Christ is a Prophet promised by God to Moses in Deuteronomy 18:18-19, whose Status was next to God, because God said, if they do not obey what this Prophet said, God himself Wil take that man into account. I’m new to Islam . Read the Christian and judaism decided not to follow because of man corrupting those scriptures. Read the Quran and I knew I was the creator didn’t find not one contradiction. Heard people saying it’s simple to read but in reality I’m a critical thinker didn’t find it that easy because I like to dissect the ayats. But the. A friend told me I also have to read hadiths but the Quran says Allahs word is good enough alone . Now reading some of the hadiths it’s not bad but it starts to become like other religions with with possibility of corruption and contradictions I just want to know am I the only one who’s having the same question if so anyone who can back my concerns with Quran alone will appreciate
The revelation is the Quran and Hadeeth. And it is understood as understood by the first three generations of Muslims.
There is no real contradiction in Islaam. Apparent ones, may be. But all of those can be harmonised.
You need to read the books by Haneef James Oliver, Abu Iyaad and watch Shamsi DUS Dawah.
I think you already know that Hadith is written by humans and not all hadiths are authentic. So if you are reading a hadith and if you think it contradicts Quran, then you can ignore/reject that hadith, you can not reject Quran. As a non muslim If you are interested in Islam then imo you should not read hadith, read Quran only and if you do not understand something look for the answer/explanation ,it will take some time to clear your doubts. And eventually if you become a muslim then read hadith.
For example , As a muslim one of my question was why it took Allah 6 days to create everything. It took me about a month to realize that it was 6 days from our POV, for Allah time is irrelevant, as time is also his creation.

Assalamualeikum Brother I understand your doubts about ahadith and I had them also but most of the ahadith is explaining more things that are in the Quran as example in the Quran it is said that we should pray do hajj etc and the Hadith are there to explain such things in detail how the prophet did it etc. But if a Hadith contradict the Quran then ofcourse we don’t belive in it and you Schoudnt either
