True. PSS makes speaker drivers for top car brands like BMW, Bentley, Land Rover, Rolls Royce and also many others including VW group brands. Then audio tuning is done by other brands who also put their branding like Harman Kardon/Bowers Wilkins for BMW, Mark Levinson for Land Rover, Naim for Bentley and so on. The VW group gives a very good stock system from the factory and is definitely not basic. But maybe this Gladen sounds better, cannot say about that.
