Dr.Selvi Radhakrishna DNB FRCS Ed is a well known Oncoplastic breast surgeon and is currently the MD of Chennai Breast Center, Chennai. Most of her training in breast surgery is from the UK and she had worked in the breast unit of Cancer Institute , Adyar, Chennai before starting the Chennai Breast Center.

Thank you for explaining Ki-67 scores. I have Ki-67 score 2+ and it is 90 percent mucinous. Her2 negative with ER/PR+. Mitosis 1. I plan no action at this time but my Doctor wants to do Mastectomy on size 1.1 cm tumor, hormone therapy, radiation and possible chemo. I refuse any treatment at this time. I enjoy learning the depths of the condition as you explain so thoroughly. My doctor would not go into details as I desired. Thank you so much. I am 63 yrs old.
