I don't understand why everybody is hating on maulani because her skill effects work only in natlan, like she is MADE for natlan, as the first chatacter of the natlan and a load of map expansions coming in hot within the next year maulani has a good start ahead, she also fills up the plogiston bar with picking fruits and can even locate where they are, she is amazing for exploration and def way better than other natlan roster so far leaked [excluding mauvika which well makes sense]

Ok, furina can walk on water forever and anywhere, but she ain't fast enough. Mualani can surf anywhere very fast and surf forever only in Natlan but not cannot surf outside of Nathan forever.
Ayaka and Mona can technically stay on the water forever without moving by holding the dash button (release the directional button after the first dash on the water)… lol
If we're talking all fairness, without homeland advantages then Furina still wins, because her skill lasts for up to 30 secs while Mualani's only lasts for 12 secs as seen in the video
If you switch to her in Natlan you get extra half bar. If you slow down the video you will see that I pressed her skill as soon as the half bar finished
I use him to cross small bodies of water and even the new lava thing since it doesn't hurt him, also he can move during it they just didn't for some reason
