That first chien pao just looked like they didn't know what they were doing. Fire deck though. I like copperajah, just wish it was more consistent
It happens. I run across players almost daily that have to be new and completely miss basic plays and sequencing.
Rigid band + full metal lab would go crazy in this deck

Once Kieran drops yeah I’m 100% bringing that tool and heroes cape. Rn I have to rely a little bit on rocky helmet to reach the 280 which is far from ideal

Even with the Zamazenta maximum belt, you were still 10 short on pidgeot.
Your best option was not wasting that one energy at 15:06 considering you just were saying that you were out of rods and have to be carefull with the energies

I’ve been playing with Copperajah since release I’m just a big fan of the deck. I do like playing the punishing Scizor line I think it fits just fine. Also due to the tankiness of this mon I also feel like is worth playing the Ace cape, metal lab, Turo and mist energy absolutely. Turo really can come in clutch if you’re about the defeat one of your unlucky Beldum you haven’t been able to evolve, retire a heavily damaged Copperajah or even just to activate Tsareena twice. I stopped using it for a bit bc the amount of fire decks I was facing was a bit ridiculous. It has chilled down a little bit in my experience even with Radiant Char everywhere but yeah before it used to be even worse
I was waiting for temporal to make it my main deck, now I run 4 snorlax doll with 2 TM energy, rad jirachi, mist energy, heavy baton, 4 arven, 1 Cleffa, 1-1 arceus vstar, 2 turo, and I’ve had a 9 win streak with it. No metang necessary
Id be putting Full Metal Lab, Rigid Band and TM Evo in a Copperajah deck for sure
Now I would like to see a Metang Revavroom EX deck, it can be so tanky with the rigid bands, heros cape and the metal stadium, and without path should be better now.
ther hyper thingie ace spec that gets 3 stage 1's should help this deck with the metang consistancy
i threw in dodrio as well cause the elephant powers them up fast
I think Metal Lab can fully block the damage onto your benched steel type as well. Plus it be nice for your active Copper to reduce taken damage by 60
I don’t think metal lab does the damage prevention on bench, but I’ll take another look
Full Metal Lab actually specifies damage from the opponent's pokemon, which is something very rare for stadiums, probably meant specifically for Copperajah

doesn't protect bench but extra 30 dmg reduction is nice. coupled with stage 1 band and it's ability u can block 90 dmg. that means it would surive a 5 prize charizard with the ace spec band...

I prefer metal lab, and mist energy is mandatory imo, not to mention rigid band if the max belt isn’t necessary

you can have all the HP if the attack is weak, it isnt worth running
