I really liked this concept; however, I think it should have a twist. Build your dream team, and at the end pick 3 players to override your opponent's team picks. With that, you can either aid your opposition, or further improve your chances of winning the challenge. May just be an idea, but I think it would be funny to see who either sabotages their opponent or aids them, which they wouldn't know until they watched the video themselves.
I really love these videos. The only complaint I have is there should be rules on how many of each position they can have. That way it’s a bit more fair.
