Hey Salad! An idea I have for a future what if is: "What If the Saiyans Conquered Earth?" (meaning the saiyan race before their destruction invades and takes earth)
Then the Saiyans, ironically enough Bardock included, bring Humanity to extinction. And so when it’s time to send Goku away who knows where he’ll be sent. But it’s not the completely barren Earth
An idea I think would be a good way to sort of keep the spirit of the what if even if Vegito is no more is Vegito having existed for so long that Goku and Vegeta still have a sort of mental link (communicate through their own "special" telepathy, share pain to some level) and both have access to the forms and techniques they'd normally wouldn't have (for example, Goku with the Big Bang attack and Blue Evolution and Vegeta with the Kaioken and Genkidama and can tap into UI, though probably just Omen).
Sorry I keep commenting it on new videos, but how about "What if Mercenary Tao turned good?" Like Tao takes Tien's words to heart during their tournament match and they start training together. Perhaps after the Cell saga, Tao has Bulma give him upgrades based on the android schematics. His human half getting an infinite energy engine like 17/18 and his robot half gets energy absorbers like 19/Gero, the adamantine body the guidebooks say 13 has, and scanners like the fully robotic models. More upgrades could come after 73 is destroyed or after Hedo joins Capsule Corp. Maybe he takes interest in Hit and his time-skip due to them both being assassins.
I feel like it would be better if there was a very beggining where Tao has something happen before the tournament for Tien's words to get him. But overall is aprove 1000% of it.

I hate to say this, but you missed a concept with Monaito: he would have mentioned Bardock even without Goku's appearance there. Mentioning Bardock would present an internal shock to Vegito, bc the Vegeta side would realize who Bardock is while Goku would be learning and remembering.

Because thos is focused on Vegetto and the Potara, I'd really like it if you didn't include Gogeta, as this isn't about him, Gogeta is weaker, and they know the fusion is 30 minutes, so they could potentially defuse early. They are fully capable of defusing now, so Vegetto could defuse.
