For everyone impatient with the labor shortages, please remember that we lost 725,000 people, including many baristas, grocery store workers, nurses, teachers and bus drivers over the past 18 months. If it takes you longer to get your coffee, spend that extra wait time thinking or praying for them and their families.
I worked with this company for 8 years and after the Perks system launched, the entire experience of working for them was completely ruined. You get your normal Sunday rush, but now, because of a BOGO (Buy One Get One Free), the workload is more than doubled. Corporate wouldn't even notify us of the BOGO ahead of time so that we could staff appropriately. The customer's would sympathize and smile as they ordered 4 drinks with a BOGO, so now you're making 8 drinks for one customer when they'd normally order 2 on any non-promo day. Depression, Anxiety, Terrible Health Insurance. You're better off collecting unemployment while you look for an employer that actually cares about the conditions they put their workers through. It used to be a great company. This is the real reason they can't keep workers. Nobody wants to deal with all this BS. I feel bad for the staff who has to work for Caribou Coffee. Working there made me want to die.
Imagine working in one in a festival foods, I’m the only person there in the morning doing drive thru, walk in, order ahead, and I’m the only one that restocks everything, nobody wants to work in a caribou and people who want to work at caribou gets sent to fest first

Hey just be rude to employees that still work there when there's a labor shortage, that should really help your situation... 🙄

People should be happy the supply chain is working enough to deliver coffee to Caribou's.
The best coffee shop ever…..Better than Mr.Star-Bucks
There is no labor shortage
Can we talk about how amazon is paying their worker $20 and more and are still looking for more people to hire
How long does it take to pour a cup of coffee?
As long as it takes to be patient for someone else to do something for you that you could easily do for yourself every morning.
Why don't you apply there and find out?
@@michaelhermanson2985 when he's finished pouring the coffee I'll apply .
There is also brewing, but nobody gets the regular coffee, everyone gets mochas that are not being poured in like a cup of regular coffee
