- This house comes with everything- the House, Barbies, Car, Pool, Furniture, and many many accessories. It's perfect for the beginner that doesn't have anything Barbie-related yet. It is more colorful than the original 2021 Barbie Dreamhouse. Although the structure is the same, there are a lot of aesthetic differences. I definitely like the brightness of this one better, especially the background in the party room and the bathroom vanity. It's a birthday party house. Maybe I should turn it into an event center rather than a home!
The 60th Anniversary is commemorating the first Dream House that came out in 1962! What a difference 60 years makes! Can't imagine what they will be like 60 years from now.

I like the color kitchen with the yellow and orange citrus theme in the first house better than this one, and I don't like the dark purple shower door, but everything else I like. Whoever gets this house with two dolls, clothes, and accessories, and a car will be very lucky/blessed indeed.
I agree on the kitchen... I don't like the candy rug sticker as much as the old one! Plus, yes, that purple shower door is too dark. But, what geniuses they are to take an old house and slap on new colors & stickers and some still buy even if they (I) had the last one! 😳😯

The pool changes to a pink color with warm water and the good accessories smell good as well, I put mine together a few days ago

@@highhopesbarbie I’m definitely enjoying it more than I thought I would since I don’t really care for the 2021 version , I currently have 5 dream houses set up in my bedroom, the first is the 1982 dream cottage, followed by a customized 2016 Amazon townhouse (I combined two of them giving me a combined 5 story townhouse, the 2019 dream house, followed by the 2021 and this one, I am cleaning out space for a sixth one because I can’t stand odd numbers lol

This one has so many colors and looks way to busy . But boy i wish they make dollhouse with all the walls agine . Really getting tired of these shelf dollhouses they have been doing for the last 15 years !!!

Yes, I agree! I had the remake but I didn't keep it for long due to how small it was... I did kind of like the elevator though, but there was no comparison to the original!
High Hopes Barbie, I loved this video. I do not have this Barbie Dreamhouse. I have to control myself, as I already have a lot of Barbie houses. I like how everything clicked together in this house. It was easier to put together than I imagined. Some pieces I was very familiar with and some pieces were very new and modern. The side of the house sticker looks like it is for an electric car. Wow. Very modern indeed. Did it also come with all the children items and clothing? Wow. This house is beautiful and a great addition for the adult/ child collector of Barbie. Thanks for this video.

Unfortunately, they aren't meant to be taken apart. But, I know people have, you may risk breaking it, so, you have to be really careful.

Unfortunately, they aren't supposed to be taken apart, once they are put together. You really have to force it to take apart & there is a chance of breaking or ruining the integrity. Sorry, I really wish it was a different story! 😭😭
@@highhopesbarbie We have snapped the plastic barrier, we have a new one to put in place, we just can't get the old one out at all.
The old one is snapped into shards, perfect for cutting little hands. The only way I can think to get the thing out, is to use a dremel on the clips that hold the thing in..
But if I do that, the replacement wont be able to be secured in..
Whoever designed this thing needs to be given a stern talking to.. Or at least told to come around and THEY fix this problem and cut their hands on doing it..
The solution to fixing something that is broken, should NOT be to break other things..
I have a favor to ask. My space is very limited. My husband has said I can get this dreamhouse for my birthday. YAY! I only have one place I can put it, and that is on my desk. I've already found a new home for my Kidkraft Brooklyn Loft to make room for it. It should fit width way, and barely squeak by on the height (the ceiling is low over my desk). But what I am concerned with is how deep is it? If I left off the back deck, how deep is the house? Could you measure that for me please? Thanks ever so much : D
Congratulations!!! Very excited for you!! Without the back deck, it is a tiny bit more than 23" (only on the left side). The height is almost 43". Hope it works out!!

From the measurements you gave me and the measurements of my desk I figured the house would fit except for the front steps which would poke out over the front of the desk. I didn't realize that the desk couldn't sit all the way back against the wall because of the baseboard. So when I put the house on the desk and pushed it back to the wall only the very bottom step hangs over the edge. HURRAY! I'm so happy!@@highhopesbarbie

Just got it online, comes in 3 days . My husband liked 2022 better than 2021 which was 30 dollars less. Guess because you dont get the extra stuff .
I love the extra accessories! I've had both houses and definitely like this one better! So, it would be worth it to me. So, I hope you love it as much as I do!

This dream house isn’t pink enough. And also it looks like a window AC unit in the bathroom next to toilet. I guess it’s a speaker but still looks super big and tacky.
Yes, this one definitely isn't the most pink. The new one this year is mostly pink though! And, you're right, it does kind of look like an a/c unit! 😂🤣
