Guruji - I have been in the tech industry for almost 10 years, worked for night shifts in the last 5 years !!! Getting Good Education and a stable job was considered as the Definition of Success at one point , that is what I chased all my life !! I have never been into any bad habits , was a topper all my school life , listened to evrything my parents said and have a successful career today ( No qualms about it ) .. But isn't it unfair that where are we progressing as a society !! I am wanting to pursure ENTREPRENEURSHIP now.. Which means working extra hours, more use of Blu light and being in front of laptop and phone !! How is possible to avoid it. Even a Non Tech Business has to use these Technologies to grow and scale !! I am in a DILEMMNA... Please advise !!
Here in Europe the doctor recommends use a lot of sun cream , hats on and things like that. My husband had an skean operation. He has very white skin...😊
