Thank you for sharing this video! It was great to see you back in the parks! My favorite content - along with cruises! Can’t wait to see the new spaces!
Thank you so much for sharing! I completely DISAGREE that people coming on vacations wouldn’t use this as much as locals. Locals (like you frequently do in your videos) just come for a few hours and then leave, whereas people coming on vacation (or at least I do when I come) will spend all day in the park on days where I purchased a park ticket. Like I have a family of 5 and can easily spend an average of $500 per day on park tickets alone. So I will be in the park from open to close and pretty places to sit, relax, and recharge my phone are GREATLY important and appreciated. People who don’t go often enough to buy annual passes want to experience and do it all! That includes finding places to rest inside the park and enjoy the amazing views that this area of the park has.
Would have been good to add all that extra seating and tables to the World Showcase, so people wouldn't have to eat off TRASH CAN tops. Those tables are needed for all the food festivals.....but not really where they put them. My opinion...
I think the area looks great but I do find it hard to believe that it took 4 to 5 years to build. Universal has almost built a new park in the same amount of time. Regardless another great video!
4 -5 years with all the covid stuff in the middle. if covid never happened, we would gotten what they originally planned. due to covid this is what we got, and why it took so long.
*A POSITIVE* I really love the live roll. No cuts or breaks. I notice you kept my attention throughout the whole video. I was really along for the experience with you. More of this type of videos where ever you go and not just disney, keep it rolling!
Oh boy I hate to agree with many of the other comments on this but I do . Four years to build benches and plant trees etc . Nothing exciting about any of it . I will walk on by this section next time I’m at Epcot .
I think it’s absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for taking your time to show it. I can’t wait to visit. I am from Jacksonville and just had a new grandbaby so it might be a year before I get there. I live vicariously through you! 💜
I'm a couple days behind on your vlogs😊, but just wanted to say THANK YOU for giving your thoughts without bashing and cheapening the Disney brand. Too many other vloggers spend their time whining about everything Disney does or doesn't do. Wonder why they spend their money and time going to someplace they hate. You put the excitement in every vlog everyday whether its Disney or not, keeps us coming back for more.
If i lived in florida and had an annual pass that meant that i pay only about 5-8$ each time i go to the park , maybe i would be ok stopping over for an hour or two for a stroll but since it cost me about $8,000 every time my wife and i come to visit …. I expect disney to offer more
The seating is great. The gardens are going to be incredible during Flower and Garden. I agree with you that locals will probably use that area more than the average parkgoer. Also, It's nice now when it's comfy in Florida. I don't know how great that is going to be in the Summer with not much shade. That area is going to be stupid hot! The silver lining is it will push more people towards Journey of Water to get some relief from the heat.
Wow, that is really well designed! The organic, swooping wooden bench really stands out for its design, and everything else is just amazingly well done. I’m guessing the majority of the commenters here can’t really tell the difference between a run of the mill shopping mall, and the best-in-class design we see here, but that’s OK. The parks have become so crowded, this open place to relax and recharge was sorely needed, plus free chargers! As for taking 4 years to build, it didn’t. Disney saw their income drop to almost nothing and paused non-essential construction and rethought what could be accomplished after the parks lost almost two years of income.
New signs, some seats and some landscaping. Thanks for blocking off a large area of the park for circa 5 years. Hardly deserves its own vlog really does it? Sad, Disney is down at this level- you got it right Kyle when you said it looks like it belongs in an apartment complex.
@@KylePalIo Just makes you wonder about future projects in the amount of time they’re gonna take to complete. Epic Universe is gonna be complete in 4-5 years. Disney gotta step their game up.
Great Video Kyle!! Thank you for bringing another amazing Video! The music seems very relaxing, uplifting and inspiring. The lanterns remind me of something that you would see in Avengers Campus. I do also agree with you on the benches and seating area on how utilized they will be during the hot summer days, however having charging stations is super cool! I love the Walt statue!! Such a great picture spot! I am curious to see a behinds scenes doc on how they came up with this concept, what challenges they faced and why it did ultimately take 4-5 years. Overall though what a beautiful place to chill and recharge :)
I love it, it’s a beautiful addition to EPCOT. Can’t wait to see it in person! Thank you for sharing your walk through with us, and for your enthusiasm and optimism! All the negativity Disney has been getting lately is getting old. Your channel is always so positive and happy!
Well, we’re excited to see this new area. For us, Disney parks aren’t about rides, it’s about so much more. And this World Celebration is adding to that feeling. Yes, 4 years seems a long time for this, but it’s there now. Time to enjoy it!
Now it makes sense why they removed the big festival center and sculptures from the concept art. Would’ve been 2028 before opening if they built them too
As a Floridian they missed the ball with the lack of shade. Those Magnolia trees will grow up and not much out. They will not provide shade. Hopefully they will go back and add sun shades.
First of all, it’s beautiful! It’s a place to rest and recharge throughout your day at Epcot. Second, the extra seating and charging stations are going to be utilized for sure. Third, Nighttime is going to be amazing with the lighting. Finally, to all those who are complaining about “4 years”, please take into consideration this was being built during the height of COVID and was still in the Chapek years so of course it took a little longer. I can’t wait to visit!
Love the video!! How beautiful is Epcot’s new area!! Covid really put a damper on a lot of things. Construction being a huge one. Everything takes time if done properly!! I know they will get tons of flak for what people think is bad about this update but I actually love it. There SO MUCH MORE SEATING. People can actually bring their own food and enjoy it sitting down. Epcot had a serious lack of seating. It's really peaceful and open.
