How did you pick cross over frequency. You told 0.15 as rise time which is 2*pi/0.15 =41 rad instead of 10rad you told. If i need a rise time if 2 milli second should i pick cross over at 3100 rad

No. Bode plots are drawn for any input signal other than Asin(wt). because in real world input signals are bery similar to Asin(wt).... its an approximation. e.g : step response with magnitude 2 excited every 5 seconds ..... so it would be 2sin(2pix0.2xt)
