I have been binge watching your videos. You are an excellent teacher! Thank you sooooo much for doing these. 😊 I am learning all I can about sublimation, as I am getting ready to get into it. I’m so excited!!! 😃
Putting the tape on the shirt was genius! It made it so much easier to line up my sub fabric! Thanks so much! Great video. New subscriber and small business owner!
I love watching your videos. I love the steps you show! Iv learned a lot from your videos. I also love how you show howbits don't rather then just talk about it then you do it fast! Thank you again for showing how to do theses shirts!
You is the best instructor ive heard on here and in person lol. Thank you. I think I’ve found me a hobby for me because I hate buying pre designed shirts now I rather make my own
I used a Rowena iron which I found a lot easier for the bonding of the polyester to the shirt then using the heat press and I did vertical cuts with a sublimated tiger behind like a cage. Thanks for showing all the tips and the materials you used. I was very satisfied with clothing shop for buying shirts - thanks for the recommendation. They were reasonably priced and fast shipping. All of your suggestions were very helpful.
I know, its so frustrating. If you go to www.clothingshoponline.com they will let you sign up for email notifications when a certain color and size gets back in stock.
This is the first video of your's that I've watched and I loved it. You and your music are so calming, I sometimes it anxious trying new things, but I'm sure your videos will help. Thank you
I make memory bears and purchase pillows for the stuffing( less expensive). I only purchase pillows with 100% polyester outer shells and that is what I use for my sublimation projects including a picture on the bears Paw. I sent my 15 year old granddaughter a link to your video and she fell in love with the shirt. We are going to make some for her. Thank you so much for such a detailed helpful video.
Great video! Just clarifying that sublimation is actually when a solid turns to a gas without passing through the liquid stage, not liquid to a gas without passing through the solid stage 😊. Also, I add my Heat n Bond to the edge of the poly first instead of to the shirt. That way it’s always in the right spot. 😊
Thanks for the Heat n Bond tip. I’ll give it a shot but have to say I’m still a bit skeptical. I did have it placed correctly but it simply would not stick to a degree that made it saleable . The funny thing is that I had this stuff I had bought at a yardsale. Never knew exactly what it was... turned out to be a version of the Heat n Bond ( and theres a full role of it )! lol! It holds stronger than the other product so I’m using that! Still wouldn’t sale because I just don’t trust any of it enough... But use it for my own shirts!!
@@beinok it only takes a little heat. If you overheat it, it breaks down the adhesive and won’t stay bonded. So make sure you follow the directions closely.
Thank you so much Cindy! I know I go into a lot of detail in my videos. Most of my viewers are new to the Sublimation world, so I find the more detail the less I leave them with questions. Also, thank you for responding to others questions! I have noticed, and I thank you so much!
I have noticed the difference in the shirts with pieces of thread hanging and even have gotten some with little round holes in them!...I use Gildan 6400 as well....I can say they have been awesome at replacing any with the small holes!....Definitely going to try making this type of shirt for my girls!!
I First time watching your channel loved it I'm interested in doing this type of shirt with sublimation. Right just watching and when I get ready and have all the equipment . I will watch your channel you're awesome
I absolutely love this video. You are such a great instructor! And I agree with you 100% that the Gildan shirts are getting worse. You just can't even forget that you have bleach on them and leave tehem in the sun too loing, or you get holes UGH!!
You can also use the microfiber sheets that you find at Walmart. or pillowcases. I've done that and it works great. microfiber fabric is apparently polyester.

Loved your video! I’m going to try this! One suggestion on the Freddy shirt- I’m wondering if it you made the design with a background so it was rectangular? The other shirt didn’t have the white and with the Freddy one I think the white is a little distracting. Easy fix just make a rectangle and fill it, then put your design in it and print. I do love the look. Nice work!

Hi and thank you for sharing🤗.
You are so welcome, thanks for watching!
The satin pillow cases from the Dollar Tree would be perfect for this!
Can you sublimate on satin? So I need to spray polyurethane on it first or something?
Stacee - Yes, as long as the satin is 100% poly. But you typically want to press it for only 45 seconds with much less pressure.
I love them. Thank you for sharing
