ARMED ROBBERY REPORTED NEAR IND-OIL PETROL PUMP IN DIMAPUR

- Dimapur witnessed a late-night armed robbery near the Indian Oil Petrol Pump, where two unidentified assailants targeted a victim around 11:00 to 12:00 PM. The attackers, armed with pistols, approached the victim and entered his parked vehicle, asking about his residence and tribe before checking his pockets. The robbers made off with the victim's mobile phone and cash totaling Rs 2,500. In an interview with NLTV, the victim described the harrowing experience and expressed his concern for safety in the area. The assailants remain at large.
