I add circles around (small) countries that talk when they are introduced for the first time. Also the country speaking is shown in a white colour. I don't want to keep putting circles over countries all the time because it'll get in the way of the visuals.

Great episode, just, you should make the countries visible when they talk, like some kind of shadow, because I cannot see much there.
