I have to say my pet peeve is when the title of asmr videos includes „massage“ and then they just scratch and not do a real massage at all haha. I get not everyone knows how to do it. I just had to say it haha
It’s an energy massage of sorts, my own take on it anyway. You might be looking for something like a deep tissue massage. Didn’t mean for the title to be misleading.
