How does one or some of them use a mini character of the spaceman with color that they are playing as. ( acquired at default or only at a certain level?) ( it’s like bring your kid to work day with other players. but with a imposter or 2 on the move.)

You guys should try Hide and Seek in this game. Here's how it works:
One person is the impostor, they have to go around killing everyone. The last crew mate alive wins. There are rules involved:
Movement speed is 3x.
Impostors have minimum vision while everyone else gets normal vision
Crewmates are not allowed to do tasks.
They also aren't allowed to call meetings or report bodies. If they do, then they're cheating and everyone will be required to vote out whoever called the meeting/reported the body. You could turn off meetings, but that's up to you.
Muting is optional, but crew mates are not allowed to sell out where their teammates are hiding.
The impostors do have the option to sabotage, but they cannot close doors, and while they could turn off the lights, there's no reason for it, as impostors are the ones with limited vision.
The crew mates are allowed to know who is the current impostor.
Just like with real hide and seek, the crew mates get ten seconds to find a place to hide.
Edit: I remembered two other important rules for the game mode. First, impostors can't use the vents to get around the map, and second, no one is allowed to use the cameras at any point in the game.
