    This oil cured everything for me by taking it orally. The bible was right about this oil so was prophet Mohammed. My blood pressure dropped to normal. Receding hair line dissappeared, it boost hair growth. Arthritis in fingers dissipated. Bowels movement and Digestive system works better than ever. Skin looks and feels rejuvenated. Feel more energetic. And I sleep easy and better.

    I praise learning about black seed oil years ago. I was diagnosed with afib and was put on more then 8 pills due to my irregular heart beating. I started talking this and my heart palpitations which I would have alot n a day. Dramatically lessed me having palpitations! Speed up to current events, went thru catching covid in July and I truly feel me taking it helped me from having worse symptoms! I think I actually caught covid when I was so busy at the time and stopped taking it on a regular as I normally would! But aftr catching that, I definitely kept my regimen of taking it on a regular...

    Hi Kimberlee. Another problem to your back acne would be if you are using an anti-perspirant. They keep the bacteria from coming out of your armpits so it will come out on your back and shoulders. It would be best to use a deodriant in a form of a natrual one. I hope this helps in it clearing completly and never coming back. 🙏🏾😊

Steam for 15 minutes every night. What a miracle!! I feel so much better, waiting for my surgery date. ENT Dr. said there is nothing to help with a fungal infection. Habatussauda oil (or black seed oil) -the liquid form and SIDR Honey are my family go to for open wounds, such as paper cut or accidental knife cut. So we don't use over the counter anti-septic anymore. Those two heal open wounds really quickly!
    Before, when I remembered about the need to keep my self healthy, I also like to drink the oil about a teaspoon, twice a day: morning and night/afternoon, or just once a day. But not always that diligently, on and off, cause I also like to drink raw honey regularly (the regular one, not Sidr). Honey and black seed oil are what I consume to stay healthy. So sometimes I consumed both, sometimes just one of them.
    But when I feel like I'm at the beginning of catching something, like a cold, I always, always grab my oil fast and drink a teaspoon, 2 to 3 times a day to avoid getting sick, and it worked!
    Now with this covid thing, I try to never forget to drink both the oil and my raw honey every day too boost my immune system, to stay strong from the virus.
    But be careful if you have a heart problem. I heard that you can still drink this oil, but in a very very very small dose.
    Fyi, I just recently found out that there are others that use the oil as moisturizer or facial oil. It seems to make your face glows.
    I always thought it's a potent oil you know, cause it heals open wounds really fast. So I'm kind of doubtful about using it for the whole face. For now, I just started using it as spot treatment for my blemishes and see the result first. I'm thinking that later, I will try to mix the oil with my usual diy facial oil (a mix of jojoba and other oils), but maybe make it only like 5% of the mix, and see how it effects my skin.

    • @HeyitsKimberlee
      @HeyitsKimberlee 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for this detailed review. I too believe it's best as spot treatment and for blemishes as it’s a really very strong oil. Also, I use Jojoba oil as moisturizer and nothing else. It just blends in so perfectly and very moisturizing. What are the other oils you add in your facial oil mixture?

    • @ad-wk2sc
      @ad-wk2sc 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@TimTim__At this moment, I'm using a mix of Castor oil, Rosehip Seed oil, Frankincense resin infused oil, and Centella asiatica infused oil, and Black seed oil.
      Btw, the Black seed oil really works for painful big acne! It really removed the pain fast. I even use it to conquer any tooth pain; it works so fast as though I consume pain killer. It doesn't remove the acne fast though, just gradually.

    I brought a bottle of the liquor BSO about a month ago. The first time I took it was before I went to bed. I took a dropper full per direction, which wasn't much. An hour later woke up with horrible anxiety. I was surprised and shocked and was wondering why. But I didn't think it was the BSO because of all the good things it suppose to help, even anxiety. I am taking bso to see if it would help me with tmj pain, sinus and allergies. I took half the dose the next day a few hours before bed. Anxiety hit a few hours later but not as bad. So, I stopped for a few days and the anxiety stopped. Decided to try the BSO again, just a few drops and the anxiety began a few hours later. I realized that the BSO was causing the anxiety. Maybe it was because it was in liquid form, which taste horrible by the way. So...Have anyone had Black Seed Oil caused them anxiety?

      Not overbearing or lingering at all. A light peppery smell

      Honestly, to me it has a pretty strong unpleasant smell that lingers. It sticks to clothes and even surfaces.

      I grew up using freshly pressed black seed oil. Maybe this branded processed version may not have as strong of a smell.
