    한번도 먹어보지도 접해보지도 않은 음식인데 염통이나? 막창 애기보? 이런건 먹을만한것 같은데 순대에서 다있는 메뉴아닌가요? 고깃집에서 안파는 이유가 있긴있겠죠 또 누군가는 찾으니 파는것이고 한번정도는 먹어보고싶네요

      저긴 내리자마자 찌린내 올라옴 딴건 그러려니 하는데 도래창하고 간 같이 생긴게 찌린내의 원인인데 저걸 같이 굽고자빠졌으니 나머지 까지 찌린내배김
      할배들이야 어렸을때부터 먹어서잘 먹는데 가서 먹으면 뭐지싶음 삼겹살먹던 세대가 저기가면 10점도못먹으

    내장 부속류 진짜 좋아하는데 저거 생으로 구우면 냄새 어마어마합니다. 집에서 해먹을때 후추 생강 마늘 레몬즙에 소주 냄새제거라는말이 붙어 있는거 보이는족족 다 때려넣고 한번 삶아서 초벌한 후에 조리해 먹습니다. 전 생으로 구운건 못먹겠더라고요

    마트에서 돼지 껍데기사보면 한팩에 2천원인가 하던데 저기 들어가는 고기가 그정도로 다싼편 부속물이라고 보면될듯요
    다만 인기좋아지면 곱창 막창처럼 쓸대없이 또 비싸질려나요는 도래창만 벌써 만원받네 ㅋㅋ

    거의 버리는 부위 도래창 ㅋㅋ 그나마 저렇게 파는건 양심적이다. 어디보니깐 도래창을 1인분에 만몇천원에 팔면서 쥐똥만하게 찔끔찔끔주는
    미친 식당도 있더만...(대학가 어디랬는데?)

      @@helmuthdiener5267 it’s called offal and it’s popular all over the world, you’ll eat it in factory made meat products without even knowing it.
      Personally, I don’t like offal, many people do. Some believe in eating the entire animal including the offal. Just because you and don’t like it it’s not our place to be rude. There’s things in the Us I wouldn’t eat and my ex is American. There’s stuff here in the uk I wouldn’t eat, haggis, black pudding or avocado, I can’t stand the texture of the latter.
      Black pudding is very much like Korean sundae.
      Have you heard of Rocky Mountain oysters? An American fish, look them up

      @@helmuthdiener5267I forgot to add…you know the sausage you eat will say pork or beef on the label? It rarely says which parts of the animal. The beef stock? Which is beef bones boiled for hours, that sometimes has offal too.
      Remember, just because you can afford nicer cuts of meat it doesn’t mean everyone can or indeed wants to eat it. I’m Ute most of the customers would refuse to eat Kraft macaroni cheese, bright yellow slit full of additives. Don’t get me started on kool aid

    In the phillipines we also eat pork messentary but it is deep fried in its own fat and dipped in spiced vinegar . Even though koreans look down on southeast asians i really do enjoy the korean style of drinking

    친구들이랑 몇일전에 먹어봤는데
    생각보다 먹을만 했음 넷이서 갔는데
    다 잘먹더라
    역하다고 생각하고 먹으니 더 역하게 느끼는것뿐 그리고 콩팥이 애매한데
    굳이 찾아서 먹지 않을뿐 토할정도는 아님
    솔직히 싼맛에 먹는거지
    자주는 아니지만 가끔 먹을만함

    일반 곱창, 막창, 돼지껍데기 좋아하시는 분들은 도래창도 맛있게 드실 수 있어요.
    저는 후라이팬에 볶아 먹었는데 생각보다 냄새가 너무 안났어요.
    기름은 정말 많이 나와서 충분히 볶으면 기름이 다 빠지고 도래창 자체가 남는 부위기 없어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
    기름을 덜빼면 냄새가 더 날 수 있겠지만 충분히 빼면 사이즈도 많이 줄고 냄새도 별로 안 납니다.
    영상에 나온 부속들 다 좋아하는거고 없어서 못 먹습니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

      원래 도래창은 냄새가 그닥 심하진 않음
      냄새 대부분 원인이 저 콩팥때매그런거 이건 빡셈

    저거 옛날에 화성쪽에 도축직판장 있을때 부모님이 소곱창이랑 내장부위살때 한무더기 얻어서 가져와서 먹었는데
    손질해서 먹어도 냄새빡세고 뭣보다 엄청 기름짐 대창수준이라고 보면됨.
    비계좋아하는 사람은 먹을만할건데 어차피 많이 못먹음 냄새랑 느끼해서

    한달전에 먹어본 솔직한 도래창 후기
    냄새는 ㄱㅊ았음.
    막창 생각하고 먹었는데 식감이 거의 타이어 수준이라 턱 빠질뻔.
    근데 맛은 의외로 먹을만했음.
    여친이 먹고 이 돈이면 명륜진사갈비 간다고 그랬음 끝.

      곱창 무한리필집에서 양념되서 주는거 먹어봤는데 제입맛엔 맛있어서 몇번 더 리필해 먹었어요 저렇게 생으로 된건 안먹어봐서 모르겠는데 돼지 소 내장 구이 좋아하시는 분들은 좋아하실 맛이에요 돼지 지방처럼 쫀쫀하진 않고 부드럽게 씹히는데 돼지지방 덩어리라 기름맛이 좋아여

      직접 집에서 구워먹어봤는데 소주 한잔정도 뿌려주고 기름 쭉 빠질때까지 마이야르로 범벅 될 지경으로 타기 직전까지 빠싹 구워주면 먹을만해요 다만 그렇게 기름을 빼도 씹으면 그냥 기름 덩어리에요 ㅎ 조직감 같은것도 느껴지긴 하는데 기름이 90%이상이라고 보면 됩니다. 흔히들 말하는 돼지 누린내? 그런건 안나는데 내장 특유의 향이 아주 강해요 도축한지 시간이 오래 진할수록 그 특유의 내장냄새가 많이 올라와서 최대한 도축한지 오래 지나지 않은 신선한걸 먹어보길 추천함 소 대창도 내장지방 덩어리에 과거엔 매우 저렴한 부속이였는데 언제부턴가 매스컴 타고 인기부위로 급부상 하면서 가격이 창렬됐는데 도래창도 만약 매스컴 타서 인기 얻게되면 가격이 비싸질수도 있다고 생각함 확실히 소 대창보다는 내장향 때문에 진입장벽이 높은 부위임 근데 다른사람 말처럼 잡내때문에 못먹을 쓰레기 부위 그정도는 아님 가격대비 저렴하다곤 생각이 안듬 구우면 기름 소실로 중량 70%이 증발해버리기 때문 같은 가격이면 좀 더내고 다른부위 먹겠음 한번쯤 호기심으로 먹어보는건 말리지 않겠음

    도래창 기름이 엄청나와서 왠만한분들 많이 못드십니다.
    다만 캠핑가서 숯불에 기름 쫙 빼면서 먹으면 맛 기가 막힙니다.

    하루종일 집게에 가위질 ㅠ 손아프시게따! 냄새는 찐해도 맛은 있을듯.. 보니까 깨끗히 손질하신거같은데 먹어보고싶당!!
