My Victa 18 restoration project running for the first time in many years

It was purchased non running and had been sitting many years prior. the fuel tank needed cleaning, the carburettor cleaned and rebuilt with new gaskets and the coil replaced to make it run. Next is a full strip down and rebuild.

Needs the idle jet leaned out.. I've used a pin punch to just sweeze/squash the jet hole close then a jet drill to resize a couple of drill sizes smaller.. great old mowers

There was much more wrong with my victa back then. That video was of it's first start prior to me stripping it down for a full clean up and rebuild. I have since brought an ultrasonic bath for cleaning carburettors which had been a game changer
