This sounds almost exactly like dance pop music from the early 90s. I don't think there's a lot of skill/talent but it's very catchy. The song writing is just some words to go along with the beat.

I've seen ppl saying that they hear her breaths, so that means it's live, but artists can record a live version during a rehearsal or behind the scenes. This has autotune applied, not a single doubt about that. I just don't get all the fuss about it. So what that she uses autotune? She's already a very good singer. A bit of autotune just makes the whole thing sound better. Moreover, applying good voice editing and effects is part of the art form and takes work to do well.
