I've seen ppl saying that they hear her breaths, so that means it's live, but artists can record a live version during a rehearsal or behind the scenes. Beyonce did it when she had to do the national anthem. The point is, it's not a bad thing to do, she is still amazing and a great singer.
Her voice sounds processed, IMHO, I don't think this is authentically live, she could have re-recorded the vocals in studio to make it sound fuller Her other live vocals don't sound anything like this

This has autotune applied, not a single doubt about that. I just don't get all the fuss about it. So what that she uses autotune? She's already a very good singer. A bit of autotune just makes the whole thing sound better. Moreover, applying good voice editing and effects is part of the art form and takes work to do well.
