I'm in a tiny little town right now. 200 people maybe. all dirt roads in this town. 1 school, a small gas station and a grocery store. farmland as far as the eye can see along with mountains all around. I love it here. Peaceful, quiet, and everyone helps eachother out. Country ain't about trucks and dip, it's what's in your heart, it's a way of life.
I'm from a small farming town in Michigan. Joined the army, got stationed in Colorado and now currently sitting over seas. This really made me think of back home and when I get to see the farm again.
Grew up in a small town in Kansas and my mom met a guy who was in the army they got married now we are living in an even smaller town in Indiana and it's all the same. We all drive lifted trucks, we all dip Copenhagen, we all know how to drive a tractor, and most importantly we all don't care what you wear or what you listen to its where you grew up and what you believe, that's what makes you country.
+joe lober Im 15 from alberta canada and fully agree fixing up an old 1994 gmc sierra with a 4 inch lift my dad bought off my cousin 13 years ago after my cousin and mud bogged it for 3 years and it had been bought new from a oil patch company.
+Cody Ogden sounds good man! I bought my first truck a 2006 Silverado 2500hd 6.0l gasser and it was an old work truck now I'm getting a 3inch rough country lift and 17x10 fuel octane wheels and some cooper tires.
I'm stuck in the military away from home, this song really reminds me of all I gave up in southern Indiana to serve my country. I have been to seven different countries and around the U.S. and I can say that there is not a better place to grow up or raise a family.
After many years around the world...I can tell you that this video is absolutely right.....nothing beats country life...towns where still everybody reaches out for their neighbours...opens doors for the next one...gives jump-starts to strangers... carries grocery bags for the elderly ....and having an innocent barbeque with buddies. Country life is my true love.
