I just don't know what to say i just remembered my panic attacks she have someone and I don't have i have to endure it alone listening to music by BTS thinking positively even though it's hard i can't breathe i cried no one knows even my panic attack were worst that I get totally paralyzed i can't move even sometimes I just passed out I can't explain how hard it was for me until my parents got to know about that and giving me support but I wish someone can understand me 😢i smile so much to hide my pain and after watching this I am crying not knowing for what but i remembered my past

when i become sad i will get flashbacks of my traums and i have panic attacks its so hard to breathe and my parents still dont know that they are the reason i get panic attacks and THEY DONT KNOW!! i use to cry in bathroom iam litrly crying while writing this🙂
