Ty, I wish I can attach a picture in the comment section to show you how beautiful this food looks. I made the bun with chickpea burger and it was ridiculously tasty lol. Thank you 😊
Ty's Conscious Kitchen great ! I am following you. I have a question. Where do you get your spring water? How does it come in ? Bottles ? Also, do you believe in those alkaline water machines? Such as "kangen water " ?
We buy spring water from the grocery store or where ever it's available. Also check findaspring.com Regarding the alkaline water, many companies use chemical means to make the water alkaline, I can't speak on it because I don't use it, all that's recommended is spring water.
I cannot tell you how GREAT these buns came out. One thing I added which is probably not approved is yeast. I didn't have sparkling water at the time and didn't want to run to the store. Thanks Ty! Delicious! Me and my kids ate them with chickpea burgers!
Bro. Ty, you did again! loooool man , this stuff is delicious!!!! i gained 7 pounds in 2 days. it was the portion control, not the food. i accidentally, made too much at once. @May, watch your portions. Bro Ty, thanks again!
Based on the recommended ingredients the breads will be unleavened with are more dense than the breads using yeast, dough softeners and chemicals. Using the sparkling spring water does give it some rise.
Hi Ty.. Can you please give your opinion about nutritional yeast. Iv just watched a chef saying its not good for you. The name is misleading. many thanks..x
Hi Akua Royal, I was wondering if the chef you watched was a woman named Chef Ahki. I saw her & two doctors talking about the same thing & I have been questioning it ever since. They are the only people I've heard talking about it. I used to use it & loved the taste but not anymore, still on the fence.
Kelly Neal I believe the sea moss is optional. It usually is in most recipes unless you trying to make something like yogurt. As far as the aquafaba, its super easy to get/make. Either use canned garbanzo beans/chickpeas and save the liquid from the can, OR just buy a dry bag and cook it (recommended). Walmart usually has then on the Hispanic isle for less thsn $2. The liquid left from cooked chickpeas/garbanzo beans is...AQUAFABA-spanish for “bean water”. Aquafaba is a great sub for eggs also. Ty also has a video on how to prepare and cook the dry beans. Hopes this helps.
Peace Ty. Hey man I don't recognize one of the ingredients, aqua something? Aqua fiber? I wish much continued success to you and yours, thanks for sharinng your recipies bro. You ever think of opening your own restaurant?
How did you determine that it was alkaline? I think that you have been misled. A lot of what you are saying is Alkaline is not Alkaline. Check the PRAL values of the spelt flour. It is +8.8 PRAL (not ph), which means that it is acidic. Whereas wheat flour is +8.2 PRAL, which is slightly better, but still acidic. The lowest grain is white rice at +1.7. PRAL is Potential Renal Acid Load.
I've noticed that since I started 100% dr sebi's nutritional guide my stomach is getting bigger... I'm so worried because I've been on a weightloss journey and my stomach has gone down a lot. I'm just wondering if I'm eating too much carbs 😫😫😫
May. Spring water, cinnamon, and apple cider vinegar will totally reduce belly fat. I honestly wouldn't even contribute weight gain to anything to do with Dr. Sebi. Did you know stress does a number on our stomachs too? Yup. Ty, has a great idea. And I would suggest incorporating apple cider vinegar to your diet. Trust me....it works! January 2017, I was 205. Started with my Dr . Sebi package in March 2017 (pills and diet) I'm flossing at 165lbs. No stomach, and tons of energy. I also have 2 spoonful of black seed oil every single morning. (Faithfully) and a spoonful of coconut oil nightly. It takes dicipline, but it WILL produce results. Good luck Queen May :)
Business Man hey, congrats on your weightloss journey. all the things you've listed besides the spring water is NOT RECOMMENDED by dr sebi. I think consuming too much carbs would definitely screw me over.
If I may make a suggestion, if your eating a lot of breads, flour from the list you have to remember even though it's alkaline it's still a carb and I eat it in moderation. I consume more of the fruits and veggies...juices, smoothies, raw alkaline diet which may help you a lot more. I limit a lot of the oil, breads and nuts consumption and save those as my treat or cheat meal. 😀 I hope this helps and good luck on your journey. 🙏💖
Looks good a must try. One thing though, when u got to cutting the bun part, I was very nervous for you. please cut that bun on a cutting board - safety first. we don't need you to cut/damage your hands. Much love. Blessings. keep up the good work.
Check out my Alkaline Electric Buns in this video served as a BLT with my Alkaline Electric Zucchini Bacon: wp.me/p6YOwt-1fD
I noticed you used milk. Milk is acidic. Howe can this recipe be considered electric when you are using milk, which is an acidic source ???
Mr. Ty didn't use cow milk. This recipe is great for vegans who are gluten averse.
Thanks!

I dont have sea moss or aquafaba so of course this wont come out right, correct? Any substitutions?

Yes I have, lol. Aquafaba, it's the liquid leftover from cooked chickpeas. th-cam.com/video/8M4Bk9uxWc0/w-d-xo.html
Oh ok cool... Thanks!
HI Ty, what are the ingredient measurements?
The full recipe is on my website at tysconsciouskitchen. wp.me/p6YOwt-1ib
What if you don't have the kneading machine?
Kelley Guidry honestly i think that u can use your hands you’ll probably have to knead it a little longer
Lawd when he cracked that 1st strip of bacon 🤤🤤

This is from Dr.Sebi list. You can choose what you like it is just a recipe choice.

Try fruit for breakfast and an afternoon meal including veggies. Drink 1 gallon of spring water daily.
Ty's Conscious Kitchen thank you. I will try that. Another thing too, can you please start telling us how you restore the foods? :D
