WATCH LIVE: Biden holds news conference after NATO summit

President Joe Biden will hold a solo press conference as he closes out the NATO summit in Washington -- an appearance that could determine the future of his presidency. The press conference comes on the heels of increased scrutiny Biden has faced after his debate performance in late June and offers Biden a chance to demonstrate he’s still capable of managing his campaign and the presidency.
Since the June 27 debate, elected officials, major donors and party leaders have expressed worry about the president’s ability to carry out his reelection campaign and defeat former President Donald Trump. Polls have shown Biden slipping in key battleground states.
Biden and members of his administration insist he is staying in the race.
