Rajamouli , Sukumar make one movie in 3 years which is tough for theatre owners. Golden period 50s to 70s where NTR, Krishna, ANR , Shobhan Babu were dominating, Chiru (150+), NBK(100+) with 100 movies both try to keep up industry they had help from Kollywood to fill gaps with Rajni, Kamal , Illayaraja and AR Rahman movies. Now heroes more than 50 movies are Allari Naresh, Vijay sethupathi, Aarya soon dhanush and Nani might reach the milestone Now with Kollywood even tollywood is struggling they also facing same situation with theatres closing down even faster than us.
Tamil producer do not interested in hind belt.. doesn't give promotion to there kgf , bahubali are screened in 2000 theaters in world wide. But Tamil film not more than 700 screens this is the only reason..
That's not the actual reason , because who will give screens to those films even if your producers wish to screen them in 2000 screens . Kgf 2 got 1200+ cr because it is a sequel and chapter 1 has got enough hype . Bahubali 2 got 1800 + cr because part 1 of bahubali was also excellent and was able to create enough hype to the sequel . Screens are not only given if producers wish , they are given for highly anticipated movies. Anyways Kgf , bahubali ,rrr are masterpieces ,so they got those collections . If screening in more number of screens gives collections then every producer or distributer would have used their money to get collections . The content from all these mentioned films is great !

Tamil producer do not interested in hind belt.. doesn't give promotion to there kgf , bahubali are screened in 2000 theaters in world wide. But Tamil film not more than 700 screens this is the only reason..
That's not the actual reason , because who will give screens to those films even if your producers wish to screen them in 2000 screens . Kgf 2 got 1200+ cr because it is a sequel and chapter 1 has got enough hype . Bahubali 2 got 1800 + cr because part 1 of bahubali was also excellent and was able to create enough hype to the sequel . Screens are not only given if producers wish , they are given for highly anticipated movies. Anyways Kgf , bahubali ,rrr are masterpieces ,so they got those collections . If screening in more number of screens gives collections then every producer or distributer would have used their money to get collections .
