What I loved about him was he was described as the person you wanted to hate because he was born into money, knew how to make money with his own business but was such a kind person you felt bad hating. He was mesmerized by this mysterious woman. Her beauty, intellect, skill, her pain, what was done to her by his wife. All made him like her more. He wanted her happiness and would stay with his wife because it meant he could still see her. He also is a loving father whom loves his little girl even though he finds out she isn’t his biologically he has raised her, she is his daughter and he does not want to lose her especially to evil people. He always made a point to be there for his child despite being so rich and busy. He does ultimately murder someone to keep his daughter but also because of what he did to this woman. He respects the fact she did not harm his daughter even though it was the easiest way to harm his daughter. But she didn’t because it would hurt him and she wouldn’t harm a child. In another world these two could have been together. She had never had a wealthy person be nice to her before.
I just finished the whole drama and man the potential these 2 had was so big, I'm fine with how things ended, but I wish they had more scenes together , the tension between them was always high. Also I wished there was more the Do Yong's character, to see him actively helping Dong Eun. The romance with the doctor didn't work for me and i saw them as very good friends only.

Yeonjin we all know is evil but unfortunately she is also Yesol’s birth mother. The doctor was the one who understood Dongeun better and they were both able to help each other heal.

They could have been perfect, but the situation: he is raising the daughter of her bully, which could drive Dong-eun into a mental breakdown (that can be hard for her. Imagine having to raise a child with the genes of two of her tormentors and having that daily reminder). Also, his mom cares about status, doubt his mom would approve of Dong-eun. So Yeo-jeong is the safer option: his mom has no issue with her status and there’s no emotional triggers and reminders).

I knew the obvious that Do young was married to Yeo Jin but we all knew that marriage was horseshit, Do Young being SO entranced w Dong eun was probably the thickest knife he could've stabbed Yeo jin with and I LOVED it; sad they never actually had a last interaction, but glad they both live relatively happier, still think they should've kissed imo

Now here are some very obvious reasons about why the right couple got together.... 1. The doc committed to her wholeheartedly, without any if and buts. 2. She was most comfortable around him. Remember the scene when she goes to his place for the first time after having a traumatic breakdown? She trusted him enough to show all of her scars. 3. She always came to him whenever things turned awfully bad for her. 4. Do yeong's main priority was always his daughter while Yeo jeong's only priority was Dong eun. I am very glad that the right couple ended up together. It was the best possible ending to this particular storyline.
