I can say that my np2 Musashi is way better then my np0 Ibuki

Rather, I would want her Saber skill buff, Make Skill 2 last 3 turns and rework skill 3. Musashi wants to be CQ as much as possible yet as a zerk skill 3 is a killer.

Tldr: musashi has the better refund but atm ibuki does more damage and has a battery but in about a year and 5 months musashi gets her np upgrade so she will be the better refunder and dps, only reason to run ibuki in the future is because of the battery
That battery is a massive reason though. Along with Ibuki having spread buffs, she is the best multicore aoe. Musashi will be basically unusable at top end farming later, as there just won't be enough enemy count in waves for her to refund off of. Musashi will stay better at CQs though, with pierce, guts and comical damage.

@sibsart2039 he's using her on 90++ where the quests are either 1/2/x or 2/1/x where sushi can't loop because she doesn't refund enough on 1 enemy and she has no battery

SIbuki for example can loop normal 3/3/3 free quests with using only xufu, ryudoji temple (30CE) and support castoria. Therefore limiting unnecessary bond gained on your own castoria and while at the same time leveling up non swap mystic code
If I’m being honest, I wasn’t sold on Ibuki at first. Didn’t really know her character and wasn’t a fan of the art style. But after months of ZTL glazing her up, and going through the summer story, she really grew on me. Glad I went all in for NP2.

In vs terms I always hear about Charles vs summer Okita. Most of my friends constantly talk about it because I'm the only one in the group that prefers Charlie even with his ridiculously high maintenance for his skills. Id love to see your thoughts on em if ya haven't already done it.
I think Okita is slightly better but not by much, she's just easier to use and more straightforward.
That being said, when Charles gets his buff and he can use his Heroic King gimmick reliably they are pretty comparable, it was less a buff and more of a fix to his kit really, like he should have come out like that already.
I definitely want the Servant Vs. Servant challenge quest edition, I think that'd be more compelling than the farming ones.
I honestly like both, but Ibuki has a more solid way to 3 turns and more solid damage overall the 3 turns. Musaki has a better damage on one wave.

Ibuki may be better but Musashi will always be my favorite. On my way to Bond level 15 her (just finished bond 14). Only after this Ibuki will replace her place.
I have musashi and i will say musashi has more damage on JP becausa have an np buff , but ibuki is more good on farming for the battery

Ibuki is more general usesage as both DPS and support.Musashi is more anti saber fiting to Her lore from summer 4. So to me they have their own niches.

I spent 2400 sq on Ibuki Np3, Skadi Np2, & Lady Avalon hoping they’ll carry me through content for the next year and a half. Was it worth it?
It was easily worth it especially since u got more than one for ibuki you’re all set
I tried for np2 ibuki-I got np1 and I’m cutting my losses 😅
First up, there’s an arts looper for bezerker nodes. Second, once into multicore there’s buster meta. But yeah, you’re spot on.

Both, both are good.
CQ would be better to truly measure two servants of similar bills together. Farming is a bit bog standard, and there's 100 ways to do it to make both servants work to your advantage. A proper comparison in that field feels a bit watered down honestly.
90++ does actually start to make farming complicated, and there Ibuki shines while Musashi becomes pretty middling.
A Jack vs Kama would prob be fun... actually let's wait for Jack to 2-3 buffs first xD

Ibuki has more padding in terms of acces to extra charge to keep the engine running. Since she has a 50% battery, she can use the Muramasa script of popping her battery at the start, take both 20% 2nd skills from Castoria and an open 10% charge append skill. If u loop at least 70 at any point, ur golden

I got both her and Ibuki to NP2 and I'm so happy!
Musashi’s damage becomes comical once she gets her np buff in jp. But sans a battery, she will be more useful for cqs than farming, especially in a multi core context. Musashi’s pierce invul, guts and def down make her much better at fighting a cq with break bars.
I recently got her NP2 on a suicide summon, and I love her 3 turn invul pierce... It's something none of my servants had and on a Berserker it feels like it could be useful at any moment. As someone who has Koyan, Oberon and a ton of Buster farmers, I decided to go for her more unique kit over Ibuki.
Ibuki is great but I felt like she was just another broken high damage farmer... And I already have Arjuna Alter for that.
@@arararagivamp9656 but Ibuki has defense buff removal on her NP. She can get past invisibility and more. You just gotta np first and that shouldn’t be much of a problem. I rather have the broader utility of that then just the regular invol bypass
@@jolunrohthocoudis526 I am not very familiar with Ibuki's kit, but you're right, however I feel like that isn't very helpful for farming. Also, correct me If I'm wrong (I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to JP) but I feel like more and more bosses have unremovable buffs. Defensive buff removal is better but invul pierce should still be useful when you can't remove the invul... Both are situational.
Well, I've always been a Buster guy and NP2 Summer Musashi is my first real Arts looper so maybe I'm just coping 😅
@@arararagivamp9656 Ibuki is the queen of farming, and way better than anything else. Not necessarily because of damage anymore (AA always beat her and Mushashi also beats her later post NP interlude), but because she's arts with high refund and a 50% battery. NA just experienced it's first 90++ node, and as you saw it had no 3 or 2 target nodes. Later ones will almost never be traditional 3 target nodes and even have 1 target nodes and all with extremely high hp. So Ibuki's ability to loop through strange node compositions without relying entirely on refund makes her much more able to cope with top end farming compared to Musashi, who will fall short on refund and stall out. She is also superior in multicore farming where you bring a secondary dps (usually a single target dps) to suplement the main dps. In that context, Ibuki can fire off with less targeted NP charge going to her and she has a team buff and a targetable buff that can be used to boost the other dps in your team, whereas Musashi is purely selfish. Ibuki also has star weight so she can do cards to finish things if need be. So, as farming nodes have changed, Ibuki has been the one who could always tackle them and could remain your single ultimate aoe unit, where most others have fallen off.
Ibuki is no slouch in CQs also, mind you. Her ability to keep firing regardless of what's happening is a valuable asset. Crits with cards is something not a ton of other arts aoe can do well. Then her buff strip, crit down and very common anti earth trait bonus are all still very good. Pierce is still the most premium effect, but Ibuki still has decent problem solving. Neither berserker will last long in a drawn out CQ, which is where Summer Melusine shines.
Overall, Ibuki remains the queen of all around aoe dps going forward and probably the highest reward to uber invest into, as she slices and dices and rarely ever can't work. Musashi isn't a great farmer going forward (single core buster also mostly dies later other than like maybe melusine), but she's the best at blitzing CQs. Summer Melusine is the best at longer CQs thanks to her tankiness, and she's a pretty good farmer (better looping than even ibuki, but lower damage due to class).
@@jolunrohthocoudis526 Buff strip is a great utility effect, but the most annoying bosses will usually use unremovable buffs. So pierce, which goes through unremovable hard defense, is usually prized more. Especially as it lets you run like black grail to make sure you never lack damage, whereas Ibuki might need to bring one of the low damage pierce CEs.
Also for challenge quests I wonder if Castoria / Reines isn’t a better boost for Ibuki, the NP gain, attack gain; and defense down are massively damage buffs but all of Reines defensive buffs together are -ridiculous- on Ibuki, especially with a Castoria.

I use Musashi in multi-core farming setups and she does fine. Musashi+ Castoria + any decent damage dealer + plug suit or mystic code that gives you 20% NP charge. It doesn't even matter whether you do all Arts or a mix for most farming nodes. It helps Musashi immensely if you have her append for NP charge maxed out and start her out with at least a 50% charge.
It is pretty obvious that Musashi would win in a comparison of their usage in challenge quests. Musashi's evade/guts are great for challenge quests while Ibuki has no survival skills. Musashi's survival skills might not save her all the time, but just from using Ibuki a little in farming this event, she has been close to dying a few times in the higher level farming nodes for me.
Musashi next year goes from NP1 450% to NP1 600% sorry to say that is higher then Ibuki 450% it doesn't mean Ibuki is useless cause of Ibuki Power mod is accounts for almost 75% of the enemies. but in a straight competition against Musashi against Ibuki without powermods etc, Musashi 600% NP1 wins. hands down.
But in flexibility Ibuki wins hands down, with a selfcooldown of 5 (yes plan it correctly she has all cooldowns at 5 turns) even with BUFF party members damage. Ibuki is simply perfect teamplayer/killer. while Summer Musashi is the better damage dealer 150% more damage on NP is 150% more damage is more then a MLB Blackgrail.
Ibuki is nice for farming. Musashi is better in cq while also being able to loop 3 enemy waves. I got my musashi np3 and when she gets her buff ik shes gonna cook. I just wish she had better survivability.
Edit: nvm i just remembered she has a guts. I just wish her first skill was a 1 turn evade or 3 times 3 turns

For me I keep it nice and simple if I need a farmer I get ibuki but if I want someone the cq dead I get musashi
I use summer Ibuki for waves of 3 and Saber Ibuki for waves of 1.

Here’s a question about Ibuki summer;
What append skill to get? Because I feel with double Castoria you can run black grail without a problem, and then opt for Extra attack for when you fight something bulkier.
But then it’s like maybe get the mana loading append and then save one Castoria’s buff for say round 2 or if you need a bit extra after a tough group. I don’t know.
Mana Loading is the safest option to be able to farm nodes with fewer mobs by using Oberon in addition to Castoria. You can also farm classic nodes with the 2004 mystic code (no plug=time saved).

3 is useless in berserk, extra you will never see any use even in CQs its rare.
The crit one is pointless and will take 2 years and you don't really need cd down for for.
2 allows for more comp variation, be it as looper or wave killer.

I am more interested in their performance either in farming or cq but without double castoria, maybe just one castoria and other support servants (like xufu, summer da vinci, LA, etc). My castoria is already bond 15 and I looking for other support which I can use to both of them.
I think Ibuki would like Reines a lot. NP gain, defense down on enemy, defense up, damage cut, attack up, invuls, np level up, enemy crit down, debuffing, and she can remove Beserker weakness. She gives Ibuki a MASSIVE defensive boost while offering a lot of good support buffs and can still deliver that 50% battery to her

Do you need a Castoria to loop? I'm missing her in my roster, but I do have Lady Avalon. I still need to level up her skills though.
Nah I tried and successfully farmed with no plug suit using Musashi, Lady Avalon, and a friend Castoria. Only a Beserker node trips that team up. So you may need a plug suit to get Xu Fu in or some other NP battery charger in.
musashi isnt bad she is just aged. honestly one good skill buff and she probably will be in the same league as ibuki
Skadi cost me 820SQ, so I deffo ain't getting Ibuki any time soon. Happy to stay with my Musashi, we been through a lot together and I'm very bias 🫡

It's a toss up between Majin Saber or Charlemagne. Rn I'd say Majin Saber is more consistent for actual farming but Charlemagne is getting a buff in the future

Both are good. Musashi is suited better for challenge quest bcz of her 2nd skill and she can pierce invincibility, meanwhile sibuki is better at 3t farming bcz of the battery NP.
S.Ibuki also removes all defensive buffs before DMG on her Np 😂. So unless it's a boxed buff she's just gonna go unga bunga

np1 musashi feels like I cant do anything with her. No castoria only makes it feel worse.
I mean no castoria means you also won't do that much with Ibuki.
Anyway if you're on NA just wait until she gets her NP upgrade. That basically brings her damage up to what NP 2 is like right now. It's a 33% increase in dmg.
And against Sabre servants she gets an absurdly strong super effective mod. Making her way better against Sabre servants, than actual Archers who are supposed to be the Sabre counters.
Post NP buff Musashi berserker is in a really good place right now. Top of the line damage for an omni farmer (more than ibuki), and at the same time having a strong niche where she does insane damage
@@nabi7701 Thanks for the response. I am on NA so I am playing with no buff np1 musashi. I have been really trying to get her to loop her np but she always only gets back to roughly 80 so farming recently has been really crumby with her. Dont know what more I can do for her tbh. My box has been feeling insanley weak and I missed getting lady avalon so ive been feeling even worse.
@gallagher2259 Just try to get Castoria in upcoming banner in a month or two. That will fix your problem most likely.
Btw have you at least built Xu Fu? She's not quite as good as Castoria but she's still a decent replacement. I'm not sure if she's enough for summer musashi but give it a try at least

Summer Skadi? She doesn't has one. If you meant Musashi though, you get it back on her event, but maybe keep an eye on the "Dress Maker" section of the Da Vinci Shop to see if they put it there. Many past costumes are being made available there, so if you want it that's the place to look.

On Summer Ibuki ? If you like her character, have lots of SQ and plan to get Caster Artoria, YES you should totally get her.
But as a new player keep in mind that there are multiple ways to farm. As a F2P myself I've been buster farming for more than a year because my favorite servants are mostly Buster (Arjuna Alter, Oberon, Ishtar, Melusine).
Just keep in mind that there are multiple metas and take your time to get servants you like.

@@Aziz-ui8yy In terms of Arts looping, I hear that Summer Melusine next year will be even more ridiculous, however she's a Ruler so I think you'll have to get more copies for more damage. I personally wouldn't recommend waiting a whole year, especially if you like Ibuki's character or design.
My first SSR was Arjuna Alter and at the start he felt pretty underwhelming... it was only after I got Koyan/Oberon months later that I saw how much of a beast he truly was. He still outdamages all my other servants despite being NP1 and a pretty old unit.
So if you like Ibuki a lot and wanna secure her early go ahead she's broken. Waiting 1 year for a more broken Arts looper means one year of not Arts looping. And what makes Arts loopers broken is mainly Castoria 😂
@@arararagivamp9656 I meant an upcoming dps character this year since I haven't really summon with sq I might have beginner luck with ibuki but I don't think I should take the risk but if there is no better character releasing this year than I would summon for her .Also should I get waver for the free ssr?

It's always hard to deside when to summon... When I satrted I saved like 2000 SQ and managed to get all my targets (Arjuna Alter, Castoria, Melusine, Koyan and Oberon NP5).
Now I just summon whenever I feel like it even if I have like 60 SQ and it's working out for me pretty well (S. musashi NP2, Lady avalon)😂
Anyway wether you decide to pull or not the current summer banners are stacked, each one of the 3 servants would be great if you manage to get them.
Sibuki can farm outside of 3/3/X, musashi not.
