Yes they all invited to all TH-cam Events and the biggest is the TH-cam FanFest and you can also join them. You might see many youtubers talking about some events those were organized.
The events are usually to bring together the TH-camr community and sometimes to tell them about new events coming up.
You can see all the (Most of them) in TH-cam Rewind and these are the things they do together and get to know each other.
