You should definitely check out X Japan!! They are the biggest band in Japan's history, and in most people's opinion, the best. Good songs to start with are Kurenai, Forever Love, Endless Rain, Silent Jealousy...I highly recommend the live versions (with hide, their guitarist, before he died). Have fun!

Now, it might very well be that Louie and Jill aren't actually siblings. Who knows? Just saying that discrediting it on the basis of them not looking alike is pretty silly.
