Hi Mike great video, not only have I got paint left over, I've also got them original mk1 blue forks that came out of mine but they do need work, ie they'res still a piece of handlebar stuck in them and the thread is a bit knackered but you might get away with it, I would send some photos but am on holiday but will feature them in next video maybe Friday cheers 🥂

Yes.. 1976. This colour is what everyone remembers when they think of a mk1 grifter. That seat is a copy, selle royal or something. I got it free from a chap on the chopper forum. An original seat with a few blemishes will be going on. Autosol winners announced later today

You're right colin. Full resto or simple rebuild. I like original paint and rust.. I'm giving away an original mini mag burner a bit nearer Christmas time. Keep an eye out for that

That top nut will fit once you put the bearings in 🙂

nice work, my first bicycle was a racer style, called a "BSA Streaker", anybody remember them? Lol
