I user a Hero4 with these settings: 4K Superview, 24fps, Protune on, W/B 6500k, Color: Flat, Shutter speed: Auto, ISO: 6400, Sharpness: Low and EV Comp: -1.0. Protune on means it takes a little more post processing to get the colours looking right but it's worth it for better footage compared to the default settings.
