What they’re trying to say is that Denver is full of homeless encampments that rival major cities, secondhand meth and fentanyl smoke waft your way while walking downtown, and police and fire budgets (along with other city services) are being slashed to help deal with the influx of ~40,000 illegal migrants moving in, so if you want to live here you should consider the suburbs You may not have mountains or these two if you move to Texas, but you will have giant brand new homes for less than half the price of here, and employers that pay well (compared to Colorado). Choose wisely.

Moved to Brighton from Florida and so far it’s been the most beautiful place I’ve lived so far

Brighton is located in Adams County and is 25 miles away. You can pretend you live in Denver, but you don't.

Do you guys know much about the neighborhood in the city of Denver that is between Quebec Street and Monaco Pkwy. to the east and west, and between 26th Ave and MLK, Jr. Blvd. to the north and south? Are there still some affordable homes in that area? From Google Maps it still looks rather ungentrified.

Moved here a year ago from CHI, wished Denver was more walkable, public trans friendly. Better for the environment -- drivers here are so aggressive, even on the trails with those ebikes. Love your videos.

I saw many beautiful old and mid-century homes in more established Denver neighborhoods and inner ring suburbs, If I had the opportunity, I would gladly relocate, however, I'll never stop being a Browns fan.

The DTC area is the best! I mean... It's the worst! DO NOT move here.
