Mate 20 X was amazing phone, this P30 Pro cameras are amazing for sure, easily the best phone atm. I'm rocking the Mate 20 X and have the D850 DSLR, so smartphone camera means little to me, but what Huawei doing is really impressive.
Video is trash as any other Huawei, my mate pro really suck in video, nobody, nobody can match lg v40 video and audio capabilities, only phone in the world with HDR 4k video in 60 fps with eis, only phone with true video manual mode, the best hd audio camcoder bar none, best speaker, best and fastest auto rotate, and haptic engine, amazing hi fi dac. EVERBODY TRASH LG BUT IN MULTIMEDIA THEY ARE FUCKING KINGS. Old v30 is still first in 4k and 1080 video editing on the benchmarks.

Question. It seems to me that Huawei P20 Pro had a hidden feature - stereo microphone. How to test. If you lay your phone on a table placed in the middle of the room, then walk to one corner of the room, start constantly speaking while moving to the other corner of the room, in the recording you do hear the balance changing (with headphones on). I'm trying to find out whether P30 Pro still has that option. Do you have information on this?
Unfortunately, I did not. I bought a Xiaomi phone instead. Our company did not allow this phone to be used for company use and that was my primary use focus.
I'd like to offer some constructive criticism if I may be so bold. Technically, this review is fine. Personality wise... I prefer Marquees Brownlee or Dave from Unbox Therapy. You guys might want to work on maybe giving the guy in front of the camera some on screen personality training. He just sounds so uninterested or... How to explain best... He lacks enthusiasm. Certainly seems polite and well spoken and the production values are fine. Just need a little more spark please.

Just bought a secondhand Huawei P30 Pro in place of an Oppo phone and finding how to transfer data from the Oppo is extremely difficult. Yes, I know about downloading the Clone Phone App and have talked to both Huawei and Oppo but still at a loss as how to get it done. Any ideas please?
Great cameraphone, but: if you run all the benchmarks with the performance mode turned on you should do also the battery test in the same way; if it isn’t possible the perfomance mode should not be relevant in the results
Finally a review mentioning the capabilities of the screen! Of course, no match to the S10+' display, but are the colors crisp and vibrant enough to watch one of those "4k 60p" nature videos and actually enjoy the quality? Or will it piss you off that it doesn' provide enough quality? What do you guys think?

On Android you can use custom launchers and even make it look like Windows Phone.
Apple is closed system where nothing is allowed.

P30 pro if you want Google services faster charging but if you don't need Google services p40 is better choice
